A New Way To A Leaner Body
As I’ve pointed out more times than I care to remember, if you want to strip away the fat to reveal a leaner, more muscular body, you need to get your diet right.
The problem comes when deciding exactly how many calories you need in the first place. There are many different methods to help you do this. They range from simple formulas to more complicated equations that take into account your height, weight, age, resting metabolic rate and so forth.
Personally, I like to keep things as simple as possible. So the approach I recommend is to multiply your bodyweight by a fixed number that varies depending on how often you're exercising and your current rate of fat loss.
However, while this method works just fine for most people, it does have some limitations (which I’ll explain in a moment). So for the last few months I’ve been trying to come up with a better way to work out how many calories you need in order to drop fat at the fastest rate possible without losing muscle in the process.
But it looks like someone else has done it for me...
