Today, I'd like to tell you about an exercise program that I believe is one of the most effective ways to lose the love handles, burn off belly fat and get the kind of muscle definition that will make you stand out on the beach or in the gym.

In fact, you could even lose those last 5, 10 or even 15 pounds of stubborn fat — and it won't involve hours of boring aerobic exercise or those high-repetition "toning" routines that leave you feeling in desperate need of a proper workout.

The Fight Fat and Win (FFW) program comprises two components:

  • A unique "hybrid" cardiovascular workout that combines interval training with steady-state aerobic exercise to let you drop fat faster than almost anything else you've tried.

  • A complete total-body resistance training program that will help you shape and define your body.

If you've been looking for a program that incorporates some of the most effective tricks and techniques for dropping fat in a hurry... this is it!

Do you qualify?

Firstly, you're going to need to be able to invest at least 180 minutes of your time each week in the FFW program.

That's around 45 minutes, four times a week. If you're the sort of person who's "too busy" to exercise, or if you think that a few minutes of press-ups and sit-ups in the morning is going to deliver the results you want, this is NOT the program for you.

Second, you will need to be prepared to make changes to what you eat. I know it's a cliché, but a flat stomach is made in the kitchen and not in the gym. And the reason it's a cliché is because it's true.

Although I have laid out some extremely simple step-by-step instructions on what to eat for permanent fat loss, the fact is that a lot of people think that working out means you can eat what you like and still lose fat. You can't.

Finally, you'll need to be preared to put in a bit of hard work. I can't help you do anything other than learn what to do. It's only when you apply the information that you'll get the results you want. If you're the kind of person who wants someone else to do all the work, you might as well stop reading now.

What sort of results can you expect?

Here's what's going to happen to your body...

In the first week or two, you'll see your scale weight drop. Some people lose 4-5 pounds in the first week, while for others it's a more modest 2-3 pounds.

You might not see much of a difference in the mirror. Not at first, anyway. But you will notice that your trousers are feeling a little looser around the waist.

Then when you look down at your belt you'll realise that you're not using the old hole anymore. Your buckle will be sticking through a new hole... and it won't feel tight.

And that's when when you start to realise that a flat stomach — maybe even a set of "killer" six pack abs — isn't too far away...
